I never understood how complex the job of being a realtor could be until I worked with Maureen Megowan. She worked tirelessly to assist me before, during and after the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. It took a month to prepare my home to be put on the market. She orchestrated the remodeling and staging of my home so that it showed like a jewel. Closing the sale required a delicate dance. She was the force which made it all happen.
