Palos Verdes High School recently won the top prize for the nation’s best weekly student-produced broadcast at the annual Student Television Network Convention competition in Florida.
“Live From 205” beat out 162 high schools from 33 states for the recognition, which the class has won three years in a row. Students also received awards for broadcast news writing, documentary, on-the-spot feature, anchoring and public service announcement.
