The City of Rolling Hills Estates is looking at alternatives to eliminate the budget deficits it is incurring in operating the Peter Weber Equestrian Center Municipal Stables adjacent to the former Palos Verdes Landfill site. Due to the economic downturn, over 10% of the stalls are vacant when in past years there was a waiting list.
