City of Rancho Palos Verdes to Open temporary dog park

The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is currently constructing a temporary off-leash dog park next to City Hall behind the existing tennis courts. The dog park, while only a half acre facility, will be divided into two parts for large dogs and small dogs. It will have wood chips as a surface with benchs and water facilites. Our efforts are still focused on the construction of a 3 acre dog park on the County owned former Palos Verdes Landfill site off of Hawthorne Bldv north of Palos Verdes Drive.
