Horseback Riding on Torrance Beach
In the 1920’s and early 1930’s, an active past time on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and the beach communities was riding horses on the Torrance Beach at the base of the Palos Verdes Peninsula cliffs right below Malaga Cove.

As can be seen in the photo above, there were also several beach shacks constructed right on the beach.
