Before and After my recent renovation

I recently renovated and staged a home on behalf of my client in preparation for sale with a budget of $40,000. The work included refinishing the wood floors throughout the house ( family room, kitchen, entry, hallway and 2 bedrooms), repainting the interior and exterior, new carpeting in 3 bedrooms and living room, new landscaping, various repairs and new light fixtures and door hardware. The list price of the home is $1,548,000, but without renovation the list price would have been far lower than the budget to renovate. The following are some before and after pictures:
