Boulevards at South Bay Shopping Center Groundbreaking

The Boulevards at South Bay Shopping in Carson, just south of the junction of the 405 and 110 freeways, celebrated their groundbreaking yesterday. The Center under construction will consist of 168 acres, and a potential mix of approx. 2 million square feet of commercial, retail and entertainment uses, a 300 room hotel, and up to 1,500 residential units.It is expected to open in 2011 or 2012.
