One of the stops on my recent European Mediterranean Cruise on Carnival Cruise lines was the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik, Croatia. This was one of the highlights of the trip and was an amazing adventure. If you visit the city, make sure that you pay the nominal fee and walk the full 2 mile walk along the top of the wall surrounding the city. It has amazing views of the ocean and the city.
