I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas filled with joy, family, and holiday cheer. My Christmas was a quiet family affair with just my husband and I and our three grown boys. I cooked our family my traditional breakfast quiche, and my husband blended his family’s traditional ramos fizz drinks .

Dinner tonight was a fantastic rib roast that I think it was the best that we have ever had. My oldest boy made the vegetables and a great recipe for creamed spinach. It was really quite delicious.
