Number of Properties Listed for sale as of 9/30/2015: 11 (4 months inventory based on the average monthly sales of 3 homes during the third quarter).

Average List Price at 9/30/2015: $3.8 million

Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during 3rd quarter: $824 per sq. ft., however due to the small number of sales, the price per sq. ft. of homes sold fluctuates widely.

Properties sold at an average of 102% of Original List Price.
