Average Sales Price of homes sold during 3rd quarter: $3.0 million

Properties for Sale as of 9/30/2015: 12 ( Equal to about 2 to 3 months inventory based upon the third quarters average of 5 sales per month ). There are 3 properties in escrow as of the end of September 2015.

Average List Price at 9/30/2015: $6.3 million

Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during 3rd Qtr: $ 734 per sq. ft. The price per sq. ft. fluctuates widely on a month to month basis in this market.

Properties sold at an average of 97% of List Price and were on average on the market for approx. 3 to 5 months
