Palos Verdes Estates has begun a program whergy Palos Verdes Estates residents may borrow up to 10 green waste barrels to recycle green waste for large brush clearance projects.
Residents can call the PVE City Hall Streets and Parks Department at 378-0383 and ask that up to 10 additional green waste barrels be delivered to their home. Once the barrels have been filled and picked up by Athens services on the resident’s normal trash pick-up day, the resident can call Ciity Hall and the empty barrels will be picked up by City staff. The barrels can be borrowed for up to two weeks.
