Saturday marks the 44th annual Palos Verdes Marathon, Half-Marathon and 5K, hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Rolling Hills Estates.
The events kick off at 7 a.m. with the full marathon; followed by the half at 7:30 p.m.; and the 5K and fun walk at 8 a.m. at Pt. Fermin Park, 807 Paseo Del Mar, San Pedro.
Additional parking and free shuttle buses to and from the park will be available at Cabrillo Marina, 224 Whalers Walk, San Pedro.
Register today from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Dick’s Sporting Goods, 770 S. Sepulveda Blvd., El Segundo, or on race day from 5:30 to 7 a.m. Cost is $35 to $65 depending on the event.
