Properties for Sale as of 6/30/19: 15: 58% decrease over this time last year. 4 homes were sold during the 2nd quarter of 2019.. This equates to a 4 month supply.  2 homes are in escrow as of the end of June

 

Average List Price at 6/30/19: $5.6 million   Average Sold Price over the last 3 months: $2.9 million which fluctuates widely due to the limited number of sales.

 

Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during the last 3 months: $875 per sq. ft. This number fluctuates greatly based upon the small number of sales per quarter.

Properties that sold during the quarter were at an average of 92% of List Price and took an average 6 months to sell.
