Santa Claus is coming to Rancho Palos Verdes (weather permitting) between 5:30 to 9 p.m. from Dec. 15-20. This special visit is sponsored by and coordinated through the efforts of the personnel at the Lomita Sheriff Station. Children of all ages are invited to greet Santa and get a candy cane. A sheriff’s patrol car will precede Santa’s Sleigh, announcing his arrival. Rainouts will be made up on the following Monday or Tuesday nights.

Here’s Santa’s schedule:

Dec. 15: Dodson area.

Dec. 16: Caddington and Strathmore areas.

Dec. 17: Crestwood area.

Dec. 18: Mira Catalina area west of Crest Road (Vista Mesa area).

Dec. 19: Seaglen, Hightide, and Coolheights drives (Mediterranean area.)

Dec. 20: Raven, Schooner, Exultant, and Admirable drives (Seaview area).
