What a Great Holiday Weekend!!!!!!!!!!!

Not only did my family and I have a wonderful 4th of July watching the beautiful fireworks off of the Palos Verdes coast at Malaga Cove, but 3 of my listings all sold within 2 days of each other!! I had listings on two great homes in Lunada Bay in Palos Verdes Estates and another condo on the Esplanade in South Redondo Beach, and all three went into escrow within 2 days of each other.

Hopefully, this is a sign of a turn in the market. With interest rates continuing to be near historical lows and great pricing in our local market, I think that people are now realizing that this is a great time to buy!!
