Average List Price at 9/30/2015: $1.7 million
Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during 3rd Qtr: $ 577 per sq. ft., approx. 3% over the comparable quarter last year.
Properties sold at an average of 94% of original List Price and took approx. 1 to 3 months to sell during the 3rd Quarter.
