Properties for Sale as of 12/31/2014: 13. This is just over 2 months inventory of unsold homes based on the average number of 5 homes sold per month over the last quarter. There are 3 properties in escrow as of the end of December.

Average List Price at 12/31/2014: $1.6 million

Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during 4th Qtr: $ 520 per sq. ft.

Properties sold at an average of 93% of original List Price and took approx. 2 months to sell during the 4th Quarter.
