Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during the last 3 months: $ 619 per sq. ft. This number fluctuates greatly based upon the small number of sales per quarter.

Properties that sold during the quarter were at an average of 72% of List Price and took approx. 4 months to sell.
