Average Sales Price during the 3rd Quarter 2015: $4.8 million, 75% higher than the prior years comparable quarter.

Average List Price at 9/30/2015: $6.9 million

Properties for Sale as of 9/30/2015: 20 ( 10 months inventory based on average sales during the last quarter of 2 homes sold per month)

Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during 3rd Qtr: $1,011 per sq. ft. Because of the small number of sales, the price per sq. ft. of homes sold varies widely

Properties sold at an average of 92% of List Price
